This notice is provided under the EU General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") and the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to inform you about the personal data we collect through plusdecorbg.com.

Data we process

When you fill in the quote and contact form we process your name, phone number, email address, country, your message, the product, colour and options you are interested in, and any room measurements, plans and photos you attach. When you apply for a dealership we process the company name, address, the contact person and their position, phone, email, details of the business profile and any documents and photos you attach.

When you visit the site, our hosting infrastructure may keep technical records such as IP address, browser information and access time for security purposes.

Purposes

We process your data to answer your request, prepare a quote, plan measuring, production and installation, contact you, keep the site secure and comply with our legal obligations.

Legal bases

Under the GDPR: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) and legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Under the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (Art. 5/2-c), compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç) and legitimate interests (Art. 5/2-f).

Sharing and transfers

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing. Your data may be disclosed to our hosting provider to the extent needed to run the service, and to competent authorities where the law requires it.

Because we operate in Türkiye and Bulgaria, your request may be seen by our teams in both countries. International transfers are made in line with Chapter V of the GDPR and Art. 9 of the KVKK.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and for the retention periods required by applicable law, after which it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR and Art. 11 of the KVKK you have the right to know whether your data is processed, to access it, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object, to data portability and to withdraw any consent you have given.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP) in Bulgaria or the Personal Data Protection Board in Türkiye.
