How long does delivery take?
Delivery time depends on the product, its dimensions and the materials you choose. After the site visit and measuring, we state the delivery date in writing in your quote.
Do you carry out the installation?
Yes. In Türkiye and Bulgaria installation is carried out by our own team. The scope of the installation is set out in your quote.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Our products are covered against manufacturing and installation defects. The warranty period and terms depend on the product and are set out in your contract.
How does payment work?
The payment plan and accepted payment methods are stated in your quote. Contact us for details.
Who takes the measurements?
We measure the space on site before production. For a preliminary quote you can also send your measurements, plan or photos of the room through the quote form.
Do you make products to measure?
Yes. The models on the site are examples; module sizes, colours and materials are adapted to your project.
Can I change the colour and material?
Yes. On the product pages you can mark your preferences for carcass, fronts, handles and mechanisms, and pick a colour from our colour charts.
How do I get a quote?
Just fill in the quote form on a product page or on the contact page. Your request reaches us and we get back to you as soon as possible.
